Do you ship worldwide?
- Absolutely! We happily ship worldwide. While our home base is in the US, we extend our shipping services globally.
- International buyers are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their respective countries at the time of delivery.
How long does order processing take?
- Our order processing time is 2-4 business days. You'll receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
How long until my order arrives after shipping?
- US orders typically arrive within 2-6 days, while international orders may take up to 4 weeks. Please bear in mind that any potential delays occurring with the shipping carrier during transit are beyond our control. Your patience is appreciated!
Can I combine multiple orders?
Currently, orders cannot be combined. Combining orders often results in complications, including delayed shipping times. Our priority is to ensure accurate and prompt order processing. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
Please contact us at support@foryouthshop.com within 24 hours if you need to make changes to your order. We cannot guarantee that any changes can be made while your order is being processed after that time. Please include your order number and any necessary edits in your email so that we can best serve you. Please keep in mind that once you've received a tracking number, we won't be able to change or cancel your order.
Can I change/edit the shipping address on my order?
Double-check your address before checkout. If an error is found within 24 hours, email our support team at support@foryouthshop.com. Please keep in mind that once order is shipped, we cannot hold orders or edit addresses.
I received my tracking number but It's not updating.
Tracking numbers can take up to 72 hours before updating. If, after this time frame, you notice no updates, kindly reach out to our support team with your order and tracking numbers at support@foryouthshop.com
My order shows delivered, but I haven’t received it.
Verify the shipping address in your order confirmation email. If correct, contact your local post office or carrier. If issues persist, reach out to our support team at support@foryouthshop.com with your order number.
